Family Priced: Campsite fees now include 2 adults and 2 children. All sites come equipped with water and electric hook-ups, a fire ring and a picnic table. Sites in our East and South sections also include a cable TV hook-up. Some sites have sewer, and many pull thrus are available.

In addition to your campsite, you are invited to use the following amenities at no additional charge:

Basic Campsites: Each site is equipped with 20 amp electric service. Sorry, air conditioners cannot be used on these sites.

Deluxe Sites: Each site is equipped with 50 or 30 amp electric service. Air conditioners may only be used on these sites.

Pop-Up Trailer: Leave the hard work to us. Rent one of our large Jayco units and we will set it up for you on the available rented site of your choice.

Campsite Policies: Each site is intended for 1 family. The amount of equipment on each site is limited by the size of both the site and your equipment. You must respect the boundaries of your site as camping is allowed only on the cleared area of your site. The maximum allowed is three pieces of equipment, only 1 of which can be a trailer, regardless of available space. You must have a tent or trailer designed for camping on your site. Absolutely no camping in any vans or other vehicles.

Pets: One pet is allowed per site for an additional fee. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at check-in. Pets that disturb other campers or pose a safety threat will be asked to leave the grounds. Sorry, Pit Bulls (all types), Rottweilers, or Dobermans are not permitted. Guests to your site may not bring pets.

Seasonal Sites: Sites with cable TV must pay an additional $150. Not all sites are available on a seasonal basis.
Seasonal sites require an approved application
and a $500 non-refundable deposit prior to securing the reservation.

Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.
Reservations may be made year round.
Reservations for our mid-summer season made prior to April 1st
must be for a full week and must start and end on a Saturday.
Check in is after 3:00PM and must be before 9:00PM.
We will not allow you to check in after 9:00PM. Check out by 12:00 Noon.
Early check-in / late check-out may be available for a fee. Check with office.

Reservations and Deposits

Make your reservations as far in advance as possible. Our reservation line is open year -round on the following schedule:

Prior to April 1st	Off season weekends and mid-summer weeks starting and ending on Saturday
Starting on April 1st	3 Nights or more
Starting on May 1st	2 Nights or more

You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. The person making the reservation must occupy the site and is responsible for the site during the entirety of the dates of the reservation.
Reservations of one week or longer require a deposit equal to 50% of the total fee.
Reservations of less than one week require a deposit equal to 100% of the total fee.
All deposits are due within 7 days from the time your reservation is made.
Personal checks are only accepted for reservations at least one month prior to arrival.
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are processed immediately.
You are encouraged to use our on-line Reservation Request Form 24 hours a day, or to call our Office during normal business hours at (207) 339-9465 to make reservations.
Cancellations: A $25 service fee will be charged on all cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund. There is no refund for early departure or for late arrival.

Visitors: Visiting hours are 9:00AM to 8:00PM. Management reserves the right to limit the number of people per site. Visitors must register at the Office prior to entering the park, and pay the following fees:

• Children (including infants)	$5 per day per child
• Adults	$10 per day per adult
• Additional vehicles (over 2)	$5 per day
• All vehicles pay a $10 deposit, refundable prior to 8:00PM check-out
• Visitors are not allowed to bring pets.

Credit cards are processed immediately upon confirmation of reservations.

General Policy Statement

Flat Rock Bridge Family Resort is a family campground. Our first priorities are the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, especially the children. We ask all of our guests to respect the staff, the grounds, and the other campers. Security gates are used to monitor entrance to the campground. Our Management, Maintenance and Night Security staffs patrol the grounds. Our Quiet Hour of 11:00PM will be enforced. The campground speed limit of 5mph will be enforced. Young campers must be on their sites by 10:30PM. Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. Violations of our policies are grounds for eviction without refund.

Our campground is our home. We thank you for being courteous to us and our guests and hope that you enjoy your time with us. We look forward to camping with you.
